Talent Development Program has always been the core talent management strategy for LTECH to retain talented employees. In 2020, companies have been hard hit due to the COVID-19 outbreak. However, LTECH still focused on basic talent management and rewarded outstanding employees with million yuan cash in total. On September 29, 2020, the chairman Mr. Lei Jianwen commended the representatives with outstanding contributions and awarded them a cash prize of 1.55 million yuan in total.
The harder you work,the luckier you are.In the first phase, the million yuan was offered to all key LTECH staff to motivate them. The main criteria were sales growth,innovation ability, high efficiency, competence in solving problems and strong sense of responsibility,and all 1.55 million yuan was about to given out by Oct 1,2020- National Day.
